James A. “Drew” Pendlebury
Drew Pendlebury began his legal career after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law, gaining admission to the Idaho Bar in 2000 and the Colorado Bar in 2001. He spent six years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Bingham and Bonneville counties, handling high-profile cases. Additionally, Drew contributed his expertise as a faculty member at the National Advocacy Center, where he trained prosecuting attorneys nationwide.
After departing from his role in prosecution in 2006, Drew Pendlebury shifted his focus to civil law, taking on various cases, including business disputes, personal injury claims, and family law matters, alongside criminal defense work. As a dedicated member of the Idaho Trial Lawyer’s Association, Drew now serves as the Managing Partner at Pendlebury Law Office, PA, where he continues to provide expert legal representation.
